How can I get my thighs slimmer?
I have always had quite big thighs, even when I was alot slimmer than I am these days. I walk quite alot but I don't want my thighs to become more muscularly, I would like to have them alot slimmer, any tips?

Theres a number of different things you can do for this:
*Aerobic Exercise Classes - once a week should be enough
*Skipping - skip for 10 minutes, 3-4 times a week
*Swimming - more likely to get better results if you swim on your back and just use your legs
*Brisk Walking - fast walks (20-30 mins each), 3-4 times a week
*Exercise Bike - try standing up and riding, this will help your legs
