How can I eat less at meal times without being hungry?
Over the last year or so, my apatite has increased alot. Now I am trying to loose weight and this is a definite thing I need to work on. Its hard though at the moment because I find when I do cut back, I’m hungry again later on and I snack the which brings me back to square one. Does anyone have an answer to this? Thanks in advance.

The best advice I can give you is slowly reduce your portion size. You will never do it if you just change like that you need to take it slow. Your body will get used to it eventually.
