Good time to buy a house/property now?
The first home grants are coming to an end, but the economy is still pretty stuffed up. So is it a good time to buy now, or wait till the first home grant scheme ends?
Some people say wait and then the market will get cheaper, but if the economy improves, won't prices continue to go up for houses?

Read in the news today that house prices are going to go up 20% in the next 3 years. Especially in Adelaide and Sydney where house prices have been quite down.
I say go for it, just keep in mind that interest rates WILL rise so make sure you don't get in too much of a debt hole.
